Appointed to the Board as a Director in August 2023.
Currently, Eileen is an education consultant, primarily working with education sectors on panels for principal and appointments, principal reviews and school reviews. Her work also includes providing advice on the structure of reviews and conducting reviews of school and college leadership team members.
Previously, Eileen was Director of Teaching and Learning withCatholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) and member of CEWA’s Executive. Prior to taking up that position, Eileen was a School Improvement Advisor working together with school and college principals and leadership teams to ensure the best outcomes for students in CEWA schools and colleges.
She was a school principal in two Catholic schools in WA, one in the Pilbara and one in Perth over a ten year period and prior to that held leadership positions and taught in Western Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
Eileen is a current committee member for the Teachers Registration Board Western Australia (TRBWA) and past member of several organisations.
